Neva B. Watson, Ph.D.

Post-Doctoral Associate

Neva Watson grew up in Connecticut and Vermont, and received her Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology at Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA in 2008. She then received her Ph.D. in Microbiology & Immunology at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY in 2015, where she studied macrophage-mediated inflammatory disease. Neva is currently a postdoc in the Rudd lab studying innate-like functions of neonatal CD8+ T cells.
In her free time, her favorite activities are hiking, skiing, and spending time with her cats.
